Chromium based browsers might not have the option to download.
One solution i found is in Adobe Audition when you mixdown before you save to click on options and make sure it is mixing down in VBR (Variable Bitrate) instead of CBR (Constant Bitrate) I do beleive there is a way so you do not have to manually do it by saving it in a ses file/saving the session.
